Welcome to Indomitus, the personal blog and website of Anthony Hill.
I am a traveler, a creator, and someone who navigates the world as a neurodivergent individual. I built this space to bridge two major parts of my life: exploring the globe and building practical, technology-driven tools to make that exploration easier. Traveling with neurodivergence presents unique challenges, from managing sensory overload at the airport to organizing complex itineraries without succumbing to executive dysfunction. Over the years, I have developed strategies, systems, and software to help me manage these hurdles, and Indomitus is where I share them with you.
Beyond travel resources, this site serves as a sandbox for my technical projects. I build apps using Google AI Studio to help solve my own daily challenges. I host these projects on GitHub so that anyone can download them, deploy them in their own environment, and play around with the code.
When I am not writing about adventures like the Sultanate of Oman or local folklore like the goblin funeral of Extwistle Hall, I am usually taking photographs. You can find my full trip galleries and photography portfolio on my 500px profile, @anthonyhill.
The AI Sandbox
I have made my custom AI tools available for free, though they are provided without official support. My current open-source projects include:
- Project Aegis: A workplace safety log specifically designed for people with ADHD.
- Travel Stack: A comprehensive travel and expense planner to help streamline trip logistics.
- Verboshka: A Progressive Web App (PWA) built to assist users with learning and practicing Russian verbs.
